How to make headlights brighter ?

Someone gave a tip about it some months ago, i think, but i can't find the thread.
Tried the Metalmoro at Velopark and the headlights illumination is not satisfactory.
I can barely see where i'm going.

It's more about the spread and the direction/reach that I find inadequate and wish to improve and increase. Brightness is decent.

search and set in your PLR this line like this:
Max Headlights="256" // Max headlights visible relative to your car.
