DiRT Rally How to make shiny carbon look in a livery?

Hello! Im trying to mod the Impreza group a dashboard to make it look more like the real group a car.

Does anyone know how I get to paste some shiny carbon look?
Iv tried to copy/past from the original dash but that look gets very unreal for some reason? Not the original shiny look sadly...

And this is my first time with photoshop so Im a fumble in the dark right now

The specular map (the black and white layer you can find in alpha) will determine how shiny your surface is (black= super matte white= super shiny).
You must then save your dds with alpha (dxt5 in save setting dialog box if i remember wel)l
