F1 2016 How to not take tyres at a stop and go penalty?

Title sums it up, Dont like being forced to take new tyres when theyre not really worn at all and force me to rethink my entire strategy for the race.

I'm the king of these, I understand it like this, if you get a stop go, then you stop in your pit, BUT DONT PUSH YOUR PIT BUTTON, otherwise they will refit your car, a drive through us same but don't stop just drive through,

What pit button? Are you talking about some controls on the MFD? Im referring to F1 2016

dont have front wing damage thats all or the game thinks you want to change the wing even when you deactivate it
