How to open rFactor

My dispaly card is ATi X1950 Pro,
I open the game,but,it show this message for me,:sad:

have you tried in this order ......

Uninstall all graphics card drivers ( search on google if you dont know how to do it properly )

Reboot

Install latest ATI catalyst drivers for his O/S.

Reboot

Install DirectX 9.0c ( can get from microsft website )

Reboot

Go into main rfactor folder and delete the config.ini file.

Launch the rfactor config tool ( rF Config.exe ) select res and DX level.

Launch rFactor ... does it work ??
