F1 2012 How to partially disable steering wheel movement?

I am wondering if you are able to make a mod that stops the in car graphical steering
wheel from vibrating/jittering around when the car is travelling at speed. I want it to be smooth
as it is when the car is stationary. Would be interested to hear if that's possible.

Strange, people were complaining about the static wheel in last 2 games and now there's someone who doesn't like the movement

i just think it seems a bit unnatural... you don't feel the movement/bumps through the FFB and the way it moves seems like more of a graphic glitch than a natural vibration.
i seem to recall some mods came out for 2011 that kept the general in car view static. was just curious to see if the same could be done to the new wheel as i quite like the new cockpit FOV.
