How to put discord link in server title?

Sorry for a silly question, but how does one enter a clickable discord link in a server name using AC server manager? I tried pasting the link, and using an <a href> html code with no luck. I see loads of servers with this option so I know its possible...thanks!

If you place any web link in the server title, like those of RD's servers (RACEDEPARTMENT.COM), it automatically gets hyperlinked and is clickable in content manager.

It worked for me deleting everything before the word discord.
