How to race GT3 or GTE with other people in this sim?

Hi,
I love the GT3 feeling in this sim (or GTE cars). However it is really boring to do hotlaping only. Multi is dead in the game, I have also looked for leagus and races but without success. Is this game THIS dead really ?

You know some good lobbies for that ?

Thanks for this well written guide which I have followed to the letter. Unfortunately my results are the same as the last 6 times I have attempted to host a dedicated server. I can see and join the dedi server on my LAN.

But it does not appear in the list of servers in the internet lobby, so my friends cannot join.

I am officially tearing my hair out by the roots at this stage.

Any assistance is appreciated. Yes, I have forwarded the right ports.

And suddenly my server appeared on the internet lobby ! Thank you !!!

I suppose the remedy was a combination of following this guide - and at the end I discovered that the LAN IP address of my dedi server had changed. So I configured my router to always give the dedi server the same LAN address. Interestingly my dedi server still showed up in the LAN joiner interface, even with this mis-configuration.
