HOW TO: Hosting with SteamCMD and Paid Content
Hosting with paid content on a SteamCMD dedicated server requires a couple of extra steps. First of all follow this Guide and setup your server...forum.studio-397.com
Make sure to have track rubbered a bit, no one likes green tracks
Thanks for this well written guide which I have followed to the letter. Unfortunately my results are the same as the last 6 times I have attempted to host a dedicated server. I can see and join the dedi server on my LAN.
But it does not appear in the list of servers in the internet lobby, so my friends cannot join.
I am officially tearing my hair out by the roots at this stage.
Any assistance is appreciated. Yes, I have forwarded the right ports.
