How to: see replays?

When I add soem replays to the replay directory, I can't see them in the Replay Theater in RACE. Even my own made replays, generated by RACE itself, are not seen in the Replay Theater...

Any help?

replay is on ?

yes it is on... otherwise there wouldn't be any replays in the replay directory right?
