How to set my own game in multiplayer ??

Not sure what i did wrong but this is what i got after create my own multiplayer game --

1. Nothing to show up
2. Nothing to show up
3. "Drive" button not working. (Suppose to be yellow color but its white here)
4. If i choose "Add AI" then 1 & 2 will show the track and Live & the "Drive" button become yellow but if i click it i only has the view of the AI, my car is not on the track. Problematic game.

looking at the picture you have posted, you are not sat in the room, certain drivers are having problems running there own servers, or creating their own games. (me being one of them )
this issue should be sorted on full release.
