How to setup for Triple

How to setup for triple screen . not sure what to select . Multi view no multi view I'm lost with setup.Side screens seem stretched.

Turn on Multi View - I think that will fix the stretching.
Then change your POV to suit your tastes.

I'm sure I read somewhere select multi view if you screens are angled and not if they are flat!
