Huh? Where are the setups stored?

I wanted to share my setup with some folks but i have no idea where the setups are stored.

Checked my documents/Automobilista 2\savegame\30601156\automobilista 2\tuningsetups but the setup seems to be broken into various parts, or have I been overlooking something?

There is one file for every setup that is saved. If you ever click "Reset to Defaults" it also creates a file in there. Sadly there is no sure fire way to tell which file is which setup, except maybe by the timestamp.

No - because the Madness way of mis-managing setup files does resave ALL setups for the current used car on ALL tracks every time you just does save one (1) of your setups on one (1) track.

And they therefore ALL get the same timestamp

Personally, I'd be OK with some mechanism that simply exports the values for all your setups to one or more human-readable text files. A "save setup notebook" feature if you will. It wouldn't even have to be inside the game itself for all I care. It could just be a "setupnotebook.exe" that you run from a command prompt if such a thing would be easier for Reiza to implement.

Actually entering the values on the setup screens probably takes just a couple of minutes if you have them all in front of you in screenshots or a list. So getting the specific values for a setup into the game really isn't much of an issue as far as I'm concerned. In my view, the issue is getting the values that comprise setups out of the game, be it for backup purposes or for sharing. It's here that things remain a substantial pain in the back side.

I am cool with screenshots if they are put out in a PDF format or similar. As long as you can clearly expert anything that would help.

The easiest way to share setups is to go to a time trial of a random track, set one lap with that setup, then anyone else can download it from the time trial board.
