Hyper stimulator DIY Plan, WHere?

Firstly I wanted to ask if such a plan exits and if it's legal to be bought & sold?

If available, does anyone here know where I can obtain one?

Hyperstimulator used to sell a plans and hardware kit but stopped this many years ago. Each set of plans gave the purchaser the right to make a single Hyperstimulator.
