I can't choose a different car color in assetto corsa in online mode

When I click the icon (Manage skins) and then select the desired color of the car, I am transferred to a single game and as a result, the color does not change. Can you tell me how to change the color of the car in online mode?

Depends which server you're connecting to. On a prebooking server, you pick the choice of skin in singleplayer, then go to multiplayer and book a spot, it'll use that one. On a free entry server, you get the first open slot and cannot choose. If the server is using a CSP mod then you can also pick your colour ingame but it's only from solid colours.

Click the lightbulb icon on your chatbox. I believe it's called "Extras".

[edit]: You need to have Custom Shaders Patch installed and enabled for this to work.
