I cant start FSR Manager

MY computer just crashed and after starting it again I can't run FSR Manager (even as admin) it says the device have been disabled when it hasn't.

I really need help because I got my FSR WT race in 15 mins.

Yes, now it all works but I didn't even make it to the Pre-Q so I guess I am not allowed to race.
