MGP17 I deleted the gfccircuits file

I need help, I did not back up the gfc circuits and it's gone. Will anyone advise me? I downloaded new helmets and instead of 724 files I have only 7 in the game, many things are missing.
Is there anyone willing to send me the whole unpacked file?
