I was trying to clean myself in the sauna, and threw the ladle for the bucket. That ladle went underneath the bench to a place where I cannot reach it at all. I tried using the sledge hammer to try and push the ladle out but that also became unreachable. Is there any solution such as like a noclip to go and get that ladle?

You can't be alone with this question. I hope somebody helps you out.
I see this post is a few weeks old but I can offer some insight...
1) Dirtiness isn't an issue that will affect your gameplay beyond the sound effects it forces...currently. I don't know if there are any plans to change that.
2) You don't need the ladle or the bucket to get clean. Simply jump up to the top bench and let the heat make you sweat which cleans you. The side effect of this method is rapidly increasing thirst but that is easily dealt with.
3) Look up the MSCEditor. I have not used it but I am aware it allows you to "teleport" vehicles. It may be possible to reset the ladles state too so it appears back on the lower bench as per a fresh game.
