F1 2012 I have a bit of a weird problem

Basically, in the unlikely event of an uncontrollable accident and i drop from first to last in the space of a corner and i want to use a flashback when i go to watch the reply (or it might be when i try to use a flash back but i think it happens before that), my game quits and restarts.. any ideas?

Any help would be super appreciated!
