I have been quite apologetic even now, but what are the most proficient rFactor mods?

I am looking for mods that give me near-photorealistic graphics, HD sound, and it can work for just about any, if not all, of the rFactor series.

I am apologetic because I hate to spam and someone showing me a source that I overlooked, but it's a bureaucracy to search for mods even when you quote or query.

PCC mod is superb and very high quality in every area,the RaceDepartments very own WTM is similar excellence.

I agree, PCC is one of the best but no one seems to run it much which is a shame.
