F1 22 i installed mods onto my f1 22 game and i need help

I installed mods on my f1 22 game and i think i accidently deleted something. when i start my game its ok but when i try and race my game freezes on the loading screen the crashes. I stupidly didn't save a backup for any of my files and I don't know what to do. can someone help please

Secondly, are you on steam ?

im using steam yes,
i have installed a my team lvery mod
custom helmet mod
custom suit mod
(wich where all working fine)
then i added a carlos sainz helmet but tried doing it as as carrer helmet and since then it hasnt worked.
im new to modding and would really appriciate the help

Go back to stock. Right click on game > Properties > Local files > verify integrity of game files.

Then make a backup of whatever you overwrite before installing the mod again.
