F1 2010 I need help, not received an offer to renew with the current team

I need help, I did the first year with Red Bull, was champion at the end of four races, but the best contract I received was the Mercedes, and I could not refuse, my own team would not renew with me, even being champion...

PLease search in regard to this topic. In a nutshell, you must have the reputation required of the team, and be held in high regard by the team, no matter of whether you are champion or not.
