I NEED HELP PLEASE - Car is right ****ed sooooo

I might be stupid (probb)
but the main issue is the god damn belt is squeaking
all the parts seem to be good but the squeaking is still there
so if you have time or nothing smarter to do in life i would kindly ask if you yes you could try to fix this savegame's problem .

Move the alternator (with scrolling) until the squeaking stops, then tighten the screw above it.

I usually tighten the alternator all the way then back it off 1 click. Never had an issue.
