there is a community on discord, in #livery_mods is a guide also. But - instalation is easy, in folders of the game are templates (well, its not official yet, just as beta version) and save the livery into that folder as .png https://discord.gg/3P4nRbAcnice first skin, hope one amongst many !
is there any guide somewhere on how to install them, i think that could be useful

We'll be creating a tutorial and stickied post here, but in the meantime you'll need use the "beta-beta" branch on Steam and open the game folder to put mods in and see the .psd templates.
For custom liveries ensure they fit the following criteria:
* Valid file extensions:
- .png
* There are no naming restrictions, but you could use "1,2,3,..."
* Width and height must be a power of 2 (e.g. 256, 512, 1024), square recommended.
* Max size of 15MB (for now).
Disclaimers:
* UVs were designed for flat colours and simple patterns so you might have trouble doing detail work
* There is a Sponsor Templates.zip file that contains brands used in the game for detailing cars, but they won't replace in-game sponsor textures.
