F1 2010 Image viewer for DDS file - there is such a thing?

Image viewer for DDS file - there is such a thing?
Is there a viewer that kind of IrfanView to view *. dds files?
Or a corresponding plug-in for a viewer?
So far, I open Photoshop and using ... open file ... I see the preview below, is not very comfortable

I can open *.dds with IrfanView without problems, I guess there is a plugin.
I downloaded and installed all plugins when I installed the program.
