In car messages

Guys

I know this is probably a dafty but I do not get the message chat box in my car while I am driving.

I can access real chat by pressing C, but for things like votes and kicks I do not seem able to turn on the message centre?

Can anyone help?

I am running Race 07 upgraded to GTR Evo and now STCC? Is it a problem with the mods not allwoing me to turn this on again?

Very annoying

look for this line in your plr file and change the 1 to 0 and this should do it
"Allow Chat In Car="0" // whether to allow incoming chats to appear while in car"
