Inability to buy a Simhub license from Russia

Hello! I express my great gratitude for developing such an excellent Simhub application, I really like using it, but I ran into a problem - I live in Russia, and I can't buy a license in any of the ways listed on the website - everything is not available for my country due to bank locks. Paypal and other payment systems also refuse to register and replenish using cards of Russian banks. Is there any other way to purchase a license? From what I have - a Steam wallet, but as I understand it, you can only buy games as a gift to others, the Qiwi payment system is also available in Russia - I don't know if it is possible to pay the creators of the application with it?
