JonZ updated Inanimate Carbon Mod v1.0 (carbon14 visual tweaks) with a new update entry:

[released] inanimate carbon mod v1.02 (carbon14 visual tweaks)

Change log v1.02
- replace SweetFX files to hopefully work under Windows 8
- brighten day a bit
- increase auto exposure Target from 0.425 to 0.45
- reduce blur on Photography pp filter.
- reduce intro size

so im kind of an idiot, i dont understand how to install.

Just unzip the files to you game folder (mine is here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\assettocorsa)
After that you run the JSGME.exe, chose one of the available forecast, hit close and run your game as usual. Inside the game you will see new modes in post process effects.
