DiRT Rally 2.0 Increase draw distance?

I've noticed on the PC, that even at max settings, the draw distance is very low. I've seen lots of distracting flickering and shadow/grass/tree draw in. This also causes random stutters when a lot has to be drawn in at once. Is it possible to turn up the draw distance?

I particularly get this in the USA stages in dry conditions.

I get it a lot in Poland too, that flickering is horrible

USA, Poland, New Zeland with "dusk" setting and even in Finland where hills sometimes just "pop in" when rounding corners.

In triples with low FOV it's terrible if I put the slider one click lest of centre it's okay but any more it really starts to flicker.
