Info on achieving 99 TR

Hey guys, I am trying to get my TR up to 99 to compete on the Competition server.
I am currently at 96
My understanding is that I need to run one clean for 1pt and 5 consecutive clean laps without the temp dropping below 20c to obtain another 1 pt.
I can also check what tracks I have accomplished this on through my driver stats
Now to accomplish the TR 99....does it have to be on all the tracks within the game or just a certain season? ex. 2018 or 19?
I own the GT international track pack as well.

On all the tracks, is independent of the session

My understanding is to get three medals, you have to complete four consecutive laps that are clean. One for each track (including IGTC). Exceeding track limits invalidates your lap, so be careful with running wide over curbs etc.

It's better to aim for clean, consistent laps than to try and set a new personal record
