Inquiry about the possibility of glowing front lights

Hi. How can I turn on the headlights in my car? Mod Prortotype C has cars with headlights but when I press H on the keyboard the lights don't light up......

Which mod and which cars ?
Lights to use from cockpit view of your own car only or also the lights of the same cars seen from outside with an external view ?
Files are maybe missing or lights Gmts are not correct ..... this problem can surely be solved but we need more infos.
