Installed Pure and now can't turn it off

I installed Pure and it used too much FPS so I tried to go back and now it still seems to be running and still really low FPS.
I have set Weather FX to OFF in CSP and truend PPF processing off in AC but it still plays with Pure processing and low FPS. I have rebooted PC with no difference.
What else do I need to do to go back to no PP ?

You turn it off by going to Weather FX and setting the weather script to "default". If you have weather fx off, then your fps loss is not because of Pure, it's something else that changed when you installed it.

Tried that - made no difference
