F1 2011 Interesting / Annoying bug.

Last lap of 2 of my career races now, the game drops heavily in FPS, soon as I drive over the finish line, I get a black screen, a few moments later I get a loading screen until the game eventually drops to not responding, then closes.
Not sure if it helps, running the races on 20% length.

Anyone else had this bug?
