iRacing incompetent??

Hey. I wanted to start iRacing, so in 7th June I payed for 3 month subscription with a code.

I made payment via Paypal credit card and after 5 days still no payement received (so they say) and no account. I called paypal and they said iRacing didnt accept it yet.

And they say me this...

"Although it may appear that your PayPal account was charged, the purchase did not complete successfully and it takes them sometimes several days for it to recognize this and replenish the funds back into your account.
If after 10 business days you still see this listed on your statement, please let us know and we can look further into this for you but it should drop off before that.I hope this information is helpful. If not or you have any other questions or problems, please let us know.Thanks."

Is this normal? 10 days to verify a credit card? What a joke really...

Did you pay via bank transfer? That usually takes 5 business days for me

I use paypal with a verified bank transfer and all my purchases on iRacing are instant. I get the receipt immediately and I have made a lot of purchases at iRacing. I have every car and track in the game.
