Iracing Triple Monitors

Hello, I am new to sim racing so sorry if this is the millionth "will this work thread"! I want to run triple 1440p 144hz monitors for iracing and currently building a new computer for it. Will this machine work for the triples? What kind of fps could I expect? Concerned about the GPU.

You'll be pushing to get 144fps in 1440p triples.. even with minimal graphics settings..actually I don't think you'll get near it.. go 1080p monitors.. no appreciable difference for iracing.. and a lot less pixels to push around

Thanks, but already have the monitors. What if I switched to RTX 2080. What would I expect there?

2080 or 2080ti. For comparison I run triple 1080 with a 1080gtx with most settings on high and I can hold around 120fps on most tracks. Some tracks like Nurburgring and Imola are killers but others fine.

Generally iRacing is one of the less demanding sims as the graphics engine was built several years ago. The problem with most modern sims is that they are CPU limited to a certain extent, so you'd be pushing against CPU limits to get 144 FPS with triples no matter what the GPU. Having said that, 1440p triples is demanding on the GPU, I'd argue RTX 2060 is a triples 1080p card.
