Something we've had before the UI while testing the dash changed. That's what you use to test the dash while driving the car in-game.

Well, you already had this suggestion in another thread:

convert and upload to YouTube, then link Media

or if you're not a YouTube fan then you could consider another provider...
One such is https://streamable.com/ which will let you upload videos without creating an account.
(If the video is short enough you can even just convert to GIF and insert that here.)

Coincidence, last week I used a few short mp4's to test something in SimHub latest version. Placing them in the dash's videos folder and link to a video object was easy. Can't really make up if that's the issue though. Myself I used OBS to record a piece of a screen, directly to mp4. Then there are websites where you can trim the video for free.
