Is it possible to edit DynHUD like this?

I'd like to make the gear number change color acording to certain % of the rpm. I know it happens on red @ 95% but I'd like it go like green till 50%, yellow till 70%, blue till 95 and then red. Or something like that.
Is this possible?

Second visual thing I'd like to do is to have leds instead of this hm... you know where the rpm numbers stay? I'd like to keep that format just removing the red part and replacing it all with leds (removing the needle then)

Is any of this possible?

When I start adjusting the leds they all go to same position no matter the position I want them to be so one stays above the other, not where I want
