To be more specific about the second question. The AI takes some time on track after it stops, until it finally decides to teleport to pits to retire. I wonder if it's possible to make that time faster (much faster) so to avoid any kind of traffic jamming. That would make AI racing experience much better and actually very dynamic (I honestly don't care about simulating red flags, real life is hard enough)
On the first question, my view is that the collision energy between Touring and GT cars is all right, but between monocoques somehow I feel that it's too "explosive", in a way I don't see corresponds to real life wheel to wheel contacts
