From now on,I always used the third part tool,to export skin files, Is it possible changed like Assetto corssa ?

Modding is not supported in AMS 2. It's still possible for skins yes, but don't expect AC-like functionality.

That said, Reiza have already mentioned some time ago that they are working on a proper livery editor for the sim. No details on progress or potential release date though, as far as I'm aware.
