You can turn off high-speed shake and set the camera to legacy mode and head movement to 0. That will fix the camera to the car but will cause the horizon to move. If you dislike that, I suggest experimenting with head movement between 0-40 or so. And use cockpit cam, not helmet cam, if you don't want look to apex etc.
