MGP19 Is there any way to import stickers in MotoGP19?

Hi, i'm trying to upload some stickers so I can edit my rider numbers and helmets. I have the non original version of the game, so I cannot get the online items. Does anybody know a way to download numbers, helmets and stickers to my game? Thanks!
