Is this even possible with a 1070 Ti?

Hey Guys!

I want to upgrade to 27” 1440p triples because my 49" Samsung (1080p) Ultrawide died...

Would it even be possible to run ACC on medium settings with GTX 1070Ti my for the time being?

Waiting for normal affordable price to upgrade to a 3080 .

The monitors I want to buy are the MSI Optix G27CQ4 (1440p / 165hz).

Currently running a i7 8700k, 32GB DDR4 and a GTX 1070Ti.

Thank you in advance!

Best Regards,
Wesley

I'm running a HP G2 VR headset. PC is i7 8086K (a binned 8700K) and a 2070 super. I can get low to medium settings.

I'd say you would be able to get it working, whether it would be worth it is another thing.

I had bought a 3080 at the same time as the G2 headset it just still hasn't arrived yet. I upgraded from an oculus rift CV and in some respects it's better, in other respects it's worse due to how low I have to run everything.

I have triple 1440p with an RTX 2070. I typically get around 40 fps with ACC medium settings. I think you could dial down the settings slightly and get similar fps. Would certainly be better to be getting 70+ fps.

I have a MSI GT62VR Laptop with a i7 6700HQ and 1070 GTX card. I can run all settings on max at 4K on my Q60R 65" tv at over 60fps avg (benchmarked using CM). ( I do turn off smoke and set the reflections to 2 faces) I would say you should be able to run it smoothly.

ps - since my tv can do 120hz at 1440, that's what I run at and avg around 100+- with the setting above.

Not to get off topic too far...but who makes that rig?
I like the clean look and compact nature.
