Is VR on PS4 any good??

Guys picking up a cheap PS4 tomorrow is the VR worth getting??

I borrowed my mates for a while and thought it was pretty darn good for the money and there is a large number of games, however the price of the latest quest would make me reconsider, since most of the games I really enjoyed were on there also e.g. beat sabre, super hot etc.. and the tracking is supposed to be quite a bit better
