isssue ts 300 thrustmaster help

I have the t300, , and t3pa pro pedals. All for less than a month. I'm playing raceroom. The wheel has had a lot of minor issues, but they're usually quickly resolved. But now my wheel is disconnecting. As you're driving, the game stops and you get a message that the controller is disconnected. Eventually by itself, it connects and you can play. After about 5 minutes, same thing. and i have green light help please

Can you still hear the T300's fan going after the wheel disconnects?
My initial thoughts are that the USB port on your computer is giving out. Have you tried plugging the wheel into a different USB port and trying it there? Or have you plugged a different device into the USB port in question?
Another possibility is that the power cord is loose at the base of the wheel. You need to give it a firm push so that it remains securely inserted.

Check the power cord first. I think I might have had the same issue when I first got my T300. Report back after you've checked the above and we'll see what else we can do.

The quick disconnect USB cord are not the greatest.
If the above suggestions don't work I'd look at replacing that cord.

I've gone through two or three over the yrs.
