1988 F1 TV replay cameras for the Jacarepagua F1 1988 track.
I edited these to mimic how they were back in the day, using period footage as the base reference for each camera position’s start and end points, inside kseditor. I had to improvise as best as I could, where track layouts differed.
The more accurate the track models, the more accurate the cameras can be.

Drop the cameras_1.ini file into: ➤
steamapps\common\assettocorsa\content\tracks\jacarepagua1988\data\ folder.

Another great set of cameras. would you consider when you have done the 1988 sets to do camera sets for the UK tracks as in Oulton Park , Donnington Park ect. That would be awesome. these camera sets are great for VR especially the close to track ones.

Sure, I'll give that a shot. I never considered watching the TV cameras whilst in VR. That must feel very interesting indeed!
It's got me thinking about making spectator and/or mashall cameras for use in VR as well now.

Great. The problem with most camera sets is that far away cameras don't work in vr because it's to pixelated.
Close up cams as in close to track are brilliant it really works and makes replays fantastic. There are some good cameras
out there but no one has done a full set of vr cams as I know of. I think these would be very well liked for all vr users.
