After decompressing with 7zip
paste to

C:/Users/(user_name)/AppData/Local/AcTools Content Manager/Data (User)/License Plates/Japan

open CM
CM Showroom > Paint Shop > style sellect japan > choose yourself > save as new

have fun

Adjust font size and position
Please delete the old files and overwrite this files to there.
C:/Users/(user_name)/AppData/Local/AcTools Content Manager/Data (User)/License Plates/Japan

Even with your version 1.02, I can access Paint Shop in Content Manager but cannot see anywhere to change the license plate.
Any ideas?

how does one adjust the size?

Be sure to change 　　　Data (User) /License Plates / Japan / style.lua.
Open "style.lua" in a text editor.
Change the numbers in this section.
