Had to try my favorite vintage F1 at my new fav track: Acopone (avail on RD). The turns are so fast, you don't need much wing and you still get tremendous downforce and steering authority. With so many lightning directional changes, you need stiff bars to cope with the constantly reversing weight transfers. To compensate, I softened the shocks (esp. in jounce) and eased the spring weights. The rest of the setup is pretty much like my Kyalami 1967 setup (avail below), with suitable adjustments to gears and fuel load. Like I say, you gotta try this track. Drink lots of espresso! Ten-lap race setup.
