What do you mean by that? I already added them replacing stock buttpatch & helmet.

It's not possible, you have to make it on your own. The method it's different for stock and graphics created from editor. The stock one using texture which already in the game, for player's graphics is using projection method and stored in different file like .sav

I can't promise anything. But we'll see, if I have enough spare time I'll definitely make it

Apparently now milestone have already remade all custom rider suit of motogp class in the latest update. And I think it's pretty good compared to the old texture, also each suit now have his own _l & _n maps too, the texture look perfectly fitted with detail. So I think I don't have to reworked it anymore.
