keyboard button assignment issue / ACC v1.2

On previous versions of ACC i was able to adjust and assign keyboard buttons for the user interface.
For instance - left view,right view of the car and etc. . And on 1.2 version is strictly restricted exclusively for wheel buttons.
I have not read about any ACC update that features this peculiar tweak.
Could someone suggest a solution ?

Hmm, for me keyboard assignment works. Did you use the green highlighted most right column in the contriol bindings menu?

Actually it turned out to be my mistake.
I wasn't properly paying attention to the key bindings names.
Those keys i was searching for were ''hidden'' in the VR section of the controls.
Nonetheless, i appreciated your answer.
