Where can I find the program to lock the kn5 file?

It's not public, you have to find someone who has it (before you ask, I don't) Also if you do use it, you can't upload your mod to RaceDepartment so it's questionable whether this even needs an answer.

why do you even need it? All the mods available on RD don't use it either (and if someone really wanted your model they could get it through special means anyway, even if it is locked)

I made a few car mods, including the left hand drive gtr r34. I wanted to lock their models. but if you say you don't need it. Ok
