Knockhill 2011 - Update of motorfx's v2.0 track.

I HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH ANY OF THE WORK THAT WENT INTO THIS TRACK! I am merely posting it here for the use of rF1 Racing Club members, although all RD Premium members are, of course, welcome to make use of this resource. Please direct any comments about this track to the Author - Ryan Callan.

Not strictly 2011 in all senses of the word, eg adverts, trucks etc, but close to the current era. Named 2011 mainly to differentiate from the current 07 version.
