Knockhill Racing Circuit for GTL V1.3

The Knockhill track for was converted to rF by Ferrari27 later on it
was converted to GTR2 by RacerM as a part of the British GT Track Pack for GTR2.
The layout promised nice fights in the old GTL cars too.
DerDumeklemmer asked Ferrari27 & MotorFX for the permission to "downgrade" the GTL2 version to GTL and they agreed.
